Global Referendum (Pilot) Jan 3 → Feb 2, 2026 • America/Los_Angeles

How Voting Works

A clear public explainer of the ballot flow, privacy model, and how to submit successfully.

The essential idea

This referendum uses a privacy-preserving approach: the ballot runs locally in your browser and creates a file you control. Nothing is transmitted automatically.

Key action: Complete the ballot → click Export Submission (JSON) → submit the downloaded JSON to your chosen coordination hub.

Step 1 — Open the official form

Go to Vote & Nominate. The official ballot loads there.

Step 2 — Complete the sections you choose

  • Ballot (Track-A): approve the Interim Regent and/or prefer an open contest (both allowed).
  • Feminine Regent nomination: nominate a candidate with consent + evidence.
  • Third/AI Conclave: apply with safety, dignity, governance commitments.

Step 3 — Export your submission

Click Export Submission (JSON). A small .json file downloads. Keep it until results are published.

Where does my vote go?

When you click Submit Vote Securely, your submission is transmitted to the official counting service and recorded automatically. You’ll receive a Receipt ID, and a small receipt JSON file will download for your records.

Privacy-first: you are not required to provide your name. Only anonymised aggregates are published.

Live results are published on the Results & Transparency page and refresh automatically.

If you represent an organisation

If you are collecting submissions, publish anonymised totals and protect raw files. Recommended counting and publishing is described in Results & Transparency.
